In 2019 the Barclays Black Professionals forum (BPF) won the Inclusion Champion Award at the Barclays Global Citizenship and Diversity Awards.
The success of the BPF's flagship student mentoring programme (called the RISE mentoring programme) co-led by Zainab alongside colleagues Yaa Ofori-Ansah and Tola Oshin, was recognised in the award nomination and subsequent win.
